This Shipping & Return Policy outlines how we process, deliver, and handle returns/refunds for your orders placed through our website www.housedecoration.in.
1. Shipping Policy
a. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has been shipped.
b. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
- We offer free shipping on selected products or orders above a specified amount (as mentioned on product pages or promotions).
c. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days for most cities in India.
- Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days.
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
d. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can also track your order through our “Track Order” page on the website.
e. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package is damaged or items are missing upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours at support@housedecoration.in with your order ID and photos of the package/product.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
a. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns or replacements only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Used or damaged products not caused by transit or manufacturing
- Items without original packaging, tags, or invoice
b. Return Process
- Email us at support@housedecoration.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and product images.
- Once approved, our support team will arrange a pickup or guide you for self-return.
- After inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
c. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet).
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID.
- Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged delivery.
3. Cancellations
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can request a return after delivery (as per the return policy).
