At HouseDecoration.in, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order and how refunds (if applicable) are handled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a. Before Shipment

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

• To cancel, please contact our support team via email at support@housedecoration.in or WhatsApp (if available) with your Order ID.

• If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, it will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

b. After Shipment

• Once an order is dispatched or out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.

• You may, however, refuse the delivery when it arrives, and after the package is returned to us, a partial refund (excluding shipping charges) may be issued, depending on the item condition.

2. Cancellation by HouseDecoration.in

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued

• Pricing or listing error

• Payment not completed successfully

• Fraudulent or suspicious transaction detected

If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and any payment made will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Timeline

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).

• For COD orders, you’ll be asked to provide your bank account or UPI ID for refund processing.

4. Non-Cancellable Products

Please note that the following products cannot be canceled once ordered:

• Customized or made-to-order decor items

• Personalized products

• Clearance or discounted sale items
